CHECK IN /CHECK OUT

We are staffed to check-in between 4-6pm Eastern Standard Time CHECK OUT is 11 am    If you need to arrive outside of our check in times please call 800-262-7829 to make arrangements.  Please understand that you may be subject to an additional fee of $25.00.

Late Check Out may be possible for an additional fee of $25.00 per hour per room if our housekeeping schedule permits and must be arranged with the innkeeper on the day of arrival.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED for RESERVATIONS:

A deposit of 50% of the total reservation cost (100% for single nights) is required for all reservations to be confirmed payable by Visa or MasterCard.  The balance of your stay will be charged within 14 days of your arrival date.

GROUP RESERVATIONS (2 or more rooms) will be charged the 50% of the total reservation cost on the Visa or MasterCard provided by the person booking the reservation.  The balance will be charged to the same Visa or MasterCard as the deposit within 30 days of your arrival date.

MINIMUM STAY

Two night minimums at the Country Victorian Bed and Breakfast apply for most weekend, holiday (major and US Bank holidays), NOTRE DAME Football Weekends, Special Events or during our busy season.  Single nights may become available when other reservations leave a single night available.  Please check our online availability and booking page, or call 1-800-262-7829 for special arrangements

Room Rates are subject to 7% Indiana Sales Tax.  Room Rates and Policies are subject to change without notice.  Discounts are not given for one (1) night stays.

 Children over 12 years of age are welcome with prior notice.  We are unable to accommodate younger children.

For the comfort of ALL of our guests, there is NO INSIDE SMOKING and NO PETS are allowed.

CANCELLATIONS

The Country Victorian Bed & Breakfast is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.  If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us with at least 14 days notice.  GROUP RESERVATIONS (2 or more rooms) please call us with at least 30 days notice.  Due to the size of the inn and the personal attention we offer our guests, cancellations affect us significantly.  In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservations with less than 14 days notice, 30 days notice for Group reservations, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.  Cancellations are accepted by phone only. PAYMENT IN FULL for all rooms/complete length of stay is required for all cancellations made less than 14 days (30 days for Group Reservations) in advance. A $25.00 processing fee is assessed for all cancellations.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

All GIFT CARDS/GIFT CERTIFICATES must be declared at the time reservations are made.  A valid credit card (Visa/MasterCard) is required for all reservations when using a Gift Card/Certificate to pay for all or part of your reservation.  Our Cancellation Policies apply to ALL Gift Card/Certificates accepted by the Inn.  Only one (1) third party Gift Card/Certificate may be used per stay. No discounts are given when rooms are paid for by Gift Card/Certificate. Sales tax must be paid in cash or by check when using a third party Gift Card/Certificate and is the responsibility of the Redeemer.  Third Party Gift Card/Certificates includes but is not limited to: BedandBreakfast.com, BnBFinder.com, IBBA, ILoveInns, etc.
